Where I live this time of year there is a chorus of birds singing early every morning. I was talking to some friends the other day and we were wondering what they were singing. We came to the conclusion it had to be something really good since they all sounded so happy.
I was told frequently as a child that I didn’t sing very well. Consequently, it took me many years to find my voice. Several years back I was told by a good friend she thought I sang with great heart. She helped me on the road to finding my voice and I will be forever grateful.
I’ve come to realize maybe the birds are in our lives to remind us to sing our song. And, maybe we are in each other’s lives for the same reason.
Leave perfection and judgment outside. Come on in and sing your song from a place of fun, passion, love and joy!
