I think setting intentions helps us stay on course. Try taking just a few minutes each morning and decide how you want your day to unfold. You don’t really need any complicated meditation or journaling routine – those are both great practices and I highly recommend them. If you either don’t have time for all that or just don’t want to do it, no problem.
